This policy covers what personally identifiable information 10x Apps LLC collects and how it is treated. Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to identify visitors, order information, and any web activity using the Fraud Scanner Application. This information may be limited to email address and my-shopify domain names. By downloading and installing Fraud Scanner, you are agreeing that we may use information that we collect to help us provide the best possible service for our clients and partners.
This policy only applies to the Fraud Scanner Application and does not extend to the practices of other Web Sites that we may link to, companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.

If you access our products and services from or through a SNS and your SNS account is hacked or other accessed by an unauthorized user, this may lead to unauthorized use of our products and services, so be careful to keep your SNS account information secure.

Dispute Resolution
10x Apps LLC is committed to resolving any dispute you may have regarding our privacy policy quickly and efficiently.
Disputes will be handled by our customer service representatives. Our customer service will promptly correct any errors.
Information Collection
The information that Fraud Scanner stores is limited to account information pertaining to the user and their current state of the application. We do not store order or customer data. We use this data from Shopify in the event that an order has been placed, after the order is processed all customer and order information is deleted from the system.
